Refund, Returns and Warranty Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using your original payment method. For credit accounts, a credit note will be issued against the invoice.
- Communication: We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@tyrecraft.ie and send your item to:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the address above. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Warranty Procedure
TPMS Sensors
Our TPMS sensors are backed by a 2-year warranty from the production date, as referenced on each invoice. We pride ourselves on having virtually no warranty issues and strive to resolve any problems hassle-free.
To process a warranty claim:
- Document the Issue: Provide a clear video showing the problem with the sensor. This can be sent via email or WhatsApp.
- Replacement Process: Upon receipt and verification of the issue, we will immediately issue a replacement or with your next order, whichever is more convenient for you.
Important Note: TPMS sensors have a hole that senses tyre pressure. Any liquid, foam, or tyre sealant will void the warranty.
TPMS Service Kits
The warranty for TPMS Service Kits covers manufacturer defects only and does not include installation errors or issues arising after installation.
Installation Tips:
- Avoid over-torquing aluminium kits.
- Use an adequate lubricant when pulling through Rubber Stems.
To process a warranty claim for service kits:
- Document the Issue: Submit photos or videos showing the defect via email or WhatsApp.
- Support: We aim to provide support wherever possible, even if the issue falls outside the standard warranty coverage.
